Here Is A Love Song CD cover

Graphic Design: Bette Duke; Photography: Irene Stern, Victoria Rouse

This recording was released just before Margie came off the road and never got a lot of attention. Too bad. Margie is really a wonderful writer of love ballads. Each crystalline arrangement is carefully crafted for the ensemble of piano, drums, bass, harp, vibes, percussion and strings. Each song is a snapshot of love in a most awkward, delirious, hopeful… or heartbreaking moment.

Producers: Margie Adam & Leslie Ann Jones; Sound Engineer: Leslie Ann Jones; Graphic Design: Bette Duke; Photography: Irene Stern, Victoria Rouse; Musicians: Margie Adam (voice, piano, synthesizer, synclavier), Barbara Borden (drums), Carolyn Brandy (percussion), Barbara Cobb (electric bass), Jean Fineberg (tenor/soprano saxophones), Diane Lindsay (electric bass), Ellen Seeling (trumpet, flugelhorn), Michelle Sell (harp), Vivian Stoll (vibraharp), Suzanne Vincenza (acoustic bass).
